INTEGRATED production data solutions specialist, Aventa Systems, has added four new recruits to its ever growing team of staff.
Senior analyst programmers, Bryan Dickson, 36, and Ian Allan, 50, junior analyst and software developer, Terry Delph, 29, and project manager, Michelle Hunter, 30, and have all joined Aventa.
Brian, of Tarves, has several years’ experience within the industry and has been taken on to help support clients, monitor the helpdesk system, deal with client requests, whilst developing new solutions. He will also provide support for the company’s developers.
Ian has worked in the software industry for 25 years, whilst Terry joins Aventa straight from RGU University, having gained a degree in graphics and animation.
Working alongside Terry and Brian is Michelle, who has been appointed on to manage staff and client project allocation. Michelle has eight years’ experience in various roles within the software development sector, including development, business analysis and test management.
Aventa’s managing director, Bill Whibley, said he was delighted to have such a talented and experienced group of people to add to his team.
He said: “I’m really happy to have Terry, Ian, Bryan and Michelle join us. Each brings impressive specialist knowledge and experience and will fit into our team extremely well.

Aventa System specialises in delivering integrated production data systems to the international oil and gas industry. The company’s technically advanced systems enable operators to effectively analyse production data for improved business decision making over the life of their assets.
In addition to the work carried out in the production and data area, Aventa has worked closely with clients to develop a specialist range of management information systems, which provide an easier way for employees – both on and offshore – to analyse data and statistics, through enhancing the efficiency of the collation and distribution of information throughout an organisation.
