THE Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns is preparing itself for a night of crime on Wednesday 21st November.
That’s because a trio of best-selling crime writers will be participating in November Crime Night, hosted by Waterstones from 7pm – 8.30pm at Primavera Bistro, to discuss their work and crime writing in Scotland.
The three authors are: Govan-born Caro Ramsay, whose fourth book ‘’The Blood Of Crows’ was recently published; Glasgow-born TF Muir, who has just published ‘Tooth for a Tooth’ and ‘Heart for a Heart’ and Emmy-award winning American author and TV writer, Michael Malone, whose most recent book is ‘Blood Tears’.
Michelle McCabe, centre ,anager at The Avenue, said: “We’re delighted to welcome this popular trio of crime writers to the centre and know that many of their avid readers will be in attendance to hear the inside story about their favourite fictional characters.”
Free tickets for the event are available at Waterstones and Primavera Bistro at The Avenue.
The Avenue Shopping Centre, managed by commercial property consultancy BTWShiells, offers shoppers an alternative to sprawling trolley-dash shopping culture with a comprehensive range of outlets offering a warm and welcoming shopping experience conveniently located on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre.
