ABERDEEN-based PR agency, Tricker PR, has won four prestigious awards following the success of recent campaigns.
The company beat tough competition to scoop the Best Product Launch and Best PR Strategy categories at the Scottish Event Awards for their ‘Deer Oh Deer’ campaign.
The campaign celebrated the creation of the world’s first venison ice cream, made to help promote the annual Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms Venison Festival.
Tricker PR dreamed up the ultimate highland stag party treat with the invention of the unique ice cream flavour, Smoked Venison.
In the category of Best PR Strategy, Tricker PR was presented the top award over Edinburgh’s Hogmanay 2012.

Tricker PR also accepted two additional awards for their work on the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Traditional Boat Festival, including Best Use of Sponsorship.
The Scottish Traditional Boat Festival is an annual community run event in the small north east coastal town of Portsoy, attracting thousands of visitors over two days.
The Scottish Event Awards is in association with Event Scotland and is the only annual award scheme which provides the Scottish event industry with a platform to demonstrate their talent and skills and stand out above the competition.
Now in its fifth year, the 2012 awards took place last night on 6th September at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow.
