AN employee of Huntly-based property and construction company, Deveron Construction Limited, has scooped an accolade in one of the industry’s most prestigious awards schemes.
John Sutherland beat a shortlist of highly skilled site managers to win one of just 30 quality awards in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards Scotland 2012. John will head to Glasgow in October to accept the award, with the hope of winning further ‘seal of excellence’ and ‘regional’ awards.
NHBC Pride in the Job is the only awards scheme to honour site managers for the unique contribution they make in delivering high quality homes and managing projects from inception to completion.
John was chosen for his exceptional commitment to building houses of outstanding quality at Deveron Homes’ Cairn View development in Kemnay, Aberdeenshire.
