ALISON Clark, marketing & customer manager of MEPC Hillington Park – home to the largest business park in Scotland, with 300 businesses joins as a director.
And earlier in the year Nick Cohen, MD of PCRBusiness aged 21, joined the board as its youngest director.
The award-winning entrepreneur started his first business at the tender age of 13.
Chamber president, Tom Johnston, who heads up the board, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nick and Alison on to our board.
Your local award winning chamber continues to go from strength to strength, helping local businesses grow and prosper by offering them opportunities to learn and make contacts through our year round calendar of events plus offering real tangible products and services including business mentoring, export documentation and our meeting rooms at the Glasgow Airport Business Centre.”
Commenting on the economy, Mr Johnston said: “We urge our members and those considering membership – don’t wait for someone to sort out the economy for you – use your chamber to full effect – engage with Bob Davidson and the team to understand how we can support you.
“Use our marketing channels to promote your products and services and share good news stories.”
