AN employee of Aberdeen’s only independently owned private nursing home has celebrated a quarter of a century of service.
Frances Charles has worked at Hawkhill House Nursing Home at Milltimber since 1987 – just a year after the facility opened.
Formerly a care assistant, Frances is now a part-time member of the domestic staff and her 25 years of service were recently marked with the presentation of gifts, flowers and a cheque by owner and managing director, Rona Tayler.
Mrs Tayler commented: “Frances has been with me almost since the start and I commend her dedication to Hawkhill House.
“She is popular with colleagues and residents alike and we are delighted that she has been part of the team for such a long time.”
