LAW firm, McGrigors. is preparing for a new intake to its successful HR Academy aimed at human resources professionals.
The novel approach to employment law training combines briefings from McGrigors specialist Employment and Pensions team, with workshops and practical exercises based on real life examples.
Three new half day Advanced Level sessions will start on Tuesday, 28 February, and cover collective consultation issues, including redundancy, TUPE and contract variation.
Each session is delivered by senior members of the McGrigors Employment team led by Peter Sharp, and will equip delegates with an insight in to the law and offer pragmatic guidance on best practice and problem solving skills.
The HR Academy is held at McGrigors Aberdeen headquarters in Johnstone House, Rose Street, but due to class size places are limited and early reservation is recommended.
