BUSINESS Growth is the latest mentoring group offered by Renfrewshire Chamber to businesses across Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Inverclyde, Dunbartonshire and Helensburgh.
Starting on the 28th Feburary and delivered by successful businessman John Astley – one of the original founders of the MITIE Group plc – the group will focus on helping your business grow and prosper.
Across a number of sessions held at the Chamber’s Business Centre companies will benefit from John’s experience of analysing businesses over a number of years.
He has developed a 56-point toolkit and ten of these will be shared and taught as part of this group.
Examples of them are:
1. Position you and your business
2. The language of attraction
3. Improve communications
4. Attract more traffic
5. Win free, new customers
6. Have fun marketing
7. The power of referrals
8. Customer relationship management
9. The power of storytelling
10. Make events your driving force
These sessions are delivered under the Business Mentoring Programme – a partnership between Scottish Chambers and Scottish Enterprise.
European funding allows us to offer these sessions to you at no charge, provided you meet the eligibility criteria, which are:
- in business for one year with plans to grow
- turnover of £100K or plan to achieve that level
- not involved in the programme on an one-to-one level for the last year
