WIZARD of Paws, Scotland’s leading one-stop-shop for dogs and their owners, has opened a second outlet in East Kilbride.
Founded in 2005 by dog guru, Peter Rose, the company already operates from premises on Glasgow’s Southside, where it employs 15 full and part-time staff and attracts in excess of 250,000 dog owners from Glasgow and beyond, annually.
The new East Kilbride outlet, located at St James Retail Park in Hairmyres, will create five full and part-time jobs.
Asides from the specialist Dog Shop with its massive range of dog products and premium foods and treats,(many of which are exclusive) one of the most attractive feature for dirty dog owners, at the new 500 sq ft ‘doggy emporium’ will be the self-service dog wash.
The purpose built dog baths, will incorporate thermostatically controlled warm water, and dispense shampoo and conditioner through the Wizard of Paws ‘dog wash’ system.
High velocity ‘Blaster’ dryers are also provided, as are towels, combs, brushes and a variety of condoning cologne sprays.
