COMMERCIAL property company, FG Burnett, has added to its expertise with new appointments in Aberdeen and Glasgow.
Ross Sinclair joins as associate, working in the Agency team in Glasgow.
Formerly with Jones Lang LaSalle, he previously worked with DTZ for six years, prior to which he was with DM Hall.
With a strong background in the industrial sector, he will also develop FG Burnett’s commercial offering in the Central Belt.
He has worked on a number of large projects, including Moorfield Group’s 130-acre Westway industrial estate in Renfrew, secured both speculative and design and build deals at the 100-acre Gateway Glasgow in Cambuslang for Wilson Bowden and acted for Buccleuch Property, securing key lettings at Clydesmill and Cowlairs industrial estates in Glasgow.
Also joining FG Burnett is chartered surveyor Stuart Fyvie, who previously worked with Aberdeenshire Council and Davis Langdon.
Stuart’s appointment strengthens the consultancy’s Building Surveying team and he will assist with design and specification projects, dilapidations and building surveys.
Robert Eunson has rejoined FG Burnett, where he started out as a graduate trainee in 2003.
Robert joins the company’s Commercial Valuation department from J&E Shepherd and will work across the office, retail and industrial sectors, providing valuations for FG Burnett clients.
