GLASGOW-based Cairn is assisting international rugby player, Graeme ‘The G Dog’ Morrison’s Rugby World Cup preparations with the provision of an one-stop-shop property management service that enables the player to devote his full attention to his on-field performance.
Morrison, who plays centre for Glasgow Warriors, has been a regular feature in the line-ups of various Rugby World Cup warm-up games, and has made a point of putting all his property affairs into the hands of Cairn Developments.
Dave Millard, development manager at Cairn Developments, said: “We’ve just completed the conversion of a former office in Glasgow’s Park area into a luxurious residential property for Graeme; comprising two bedrooms, one en suite, a large games room, spacious lounge and a modern fully-fitted kitchen/dining area.
“Over the years Cairn, whose founder, David Rowand, is himself a former junior international rugby player, has developed a strong relationship with many of the squad at Glasgow Warriors, many of whom approach us with their property requirements.
“Given the stresses and strains that international rugby players are under, many of them prefer not to deal directly with the hassle of managing property moves and sourcing properties.
“Rather, they can instruct us to manage that process on their behalf and we provide a comprehensive property development and management service encompassing everything from sourcing properties to organising removals, enabling players to focus fully on their rugby.”
Following Morrison’s move into his new luxurious bachelor pad (he was recently voted the third most eligible bachelor in Scotland by a Sunday newspaper) Cairn Letting Agency has now brought his two-bedroom basement property at nearby Woodside Place to the market at a monthly rental of £875.
Adds a spokesperson: “Cairn is much more than ‘just an estate agent’.
“It sells investment properties, lets flats, penthouses, homes or student flats, adds value by undertaking repair works, has a database of clients seeking access to buy to lets and property portfolios and sources properties for clients, whether homes or student flats.”
