LEADING Aberdeen accountancy firm, Fyfe Moir & Associates, is one of just five Scottish firms to be included in a new book of industry excellence.
‘The UK’s Best Accountancy Practices,’ by Steve Pipe was published in June and showcases about 40 examples of best practise by accountancy firms of all shapes and sizes from the length and breadth of the UK.
Fyfe Moir & Associates is the only firm from north of the Central Belt to feature and the company’s inclusion stems from the successful and enterprising, ‘Pricing for Maximum Profit’, seminar which was held last year and led to the creation of the Business Builder Forum series.
This aims to bring together small groups of people seeking to grow their business through ten morning meetings a year.
The format includes a presentation on a set topic followed by members of the group working on their goals, opportunities and threats and challenging one another to ensure that they make the most of their business and profit opportunities.
