TANGIBLE UK, the integrated engagement marketing agency, has appointed Karen Trickett as managing partner, to head up Tangible UK’s London office following their recent run of new business successes.
The appointment puts even more emphasis on the senior level of client service, planning and creative expertise at the agency’s London office, bringing further depth and scalability to its offer of integrated and measurable creative communications.
As managing partner, Karen Trickett will be responsible for managing the London office to ensure it delivers successful campaigns for clients such as Northern Rock, Witan and Baillie Gifford.
She will be overseeing and further developing Tangible’s modern and dynamic interpretation of direct customer engagement, data engineering and CRM for financial services, charities, utilities, retail and the public sector.
Karen replaces Avril Ellis who remains with Tangible as business development consultant, and will be reporting to Yvonne Balfour, group partner of Tangible.
Prior to her appointment, Karen was a client partner at Tangible Edinburgh where she worked on campaigns for clients such as Scottish Widows, F&C, Clerical Medical, Scottish Water Business Stream, amongst others.
Karen sits on the council of the Direct Marketing Association and is actively involved with the Marketing Society.
