WITH my many years of experience in the private care sector, I have the a clear insight of what our older people require when it comes to some simple – however essential – care at home.
I have taken the plunge to create a service that will provide a flexible and easily managed ‘care package’ that will be chosen and built upon what the service user requires to stay as independantly as possible in their own homes.
These services will be delivered by fully-trained and disclosure checked staff team members and managed by a professional, experienced and fully-trained management team whom will be at hand to deal with any concerns, etc.
Services will include domestic assistance, shopping, doctors appoinments, outings to shops or any other type of outings that are required all to be arranged as and when the service user chooses or needs this assistance.
This is a service I strongly believe in and I have built this flexible service based on my years of experience of knowing how to deliver a quality service that gives people choices and enabling individuals to have control over how their service is delivered.
