Guest speakers for this year’s ‘infamous’ fundraising event include former Rangers director of football Gordon Smith, past Glasgow City Council leader Steven Purcell, sports journalist and TV presenter Alison Walker and Scottish solicitor Ricky Hutchison.
Hosting the ‘It’s a scandal’-themed competition between the four speakers is Radio Forth DJ, columnist and actor, Grant Stott. The 300-strong audience will decide which shocking tales are hilarious enough to win the 15th Wags trophy prize.
Individual tickets to this once-in-a-lifetime occasion cost £65 with table discounts available. Not only will the night flow with wine, gossip, laughs and the chance of a bargain but one lucky person will buy a £10 safe key that opens the door to the latest iPad2 worth over £400, donated by East Kilbride-based IT, firm Clicknetworks.
