DISCOVERY Roofing has recently made two key appointments.
David Robertson has joined as contracts manager.
He has 25 years experience in the trade and has previously worked with some of the largest roofing contractors in Britain.
Alan Stewart has also joined the company as a designer. The appointments are to help the Montrose-based company keep up with an increasingly full order book with contracts worth more than £1 million.
Work is currently under way on Dundee and Montrose swimming pools, Albyn School of Girls in Aberdeen, Banchory Business Centre, and the Michelin factory in Dundee. Recently completed project include the trams depot in Edinburgh, Aberdeen College’s Altens campus G Casino in Dundee and Acergy at Westhill.
Discovery Roofing, established in 1989, is an installer and supplier of industrial and commercial roofing and wall cladding.
David Robertson commented: “Discovery Roofing have a great reputation in the cladding industry and as such was an easy move for me to make. They deal with all the major contractors in Scotland and are looking to expand over the next few years.”
