“To have been shortlisted for the Award is already a fantastic achievement.
|The excellent produce and service available from these establishments is evidence of the quality standards being achieved by the Highland and Islands food and drink industry today.”
Iain Sutherland, senior development manager for Food and Drink at Highlands and Islands Enterprise, said: “HIE is delighted to support these awards which each year celebrate the range of amazing individual people, businesses and products found across the region.
“The restaurant category, the last shortlist to be revealed before the event, is a great favourite with the wider public as it highlights the choice and quality of eating places available to visitors and locals alike.”
