GRAHAM + Sibbald have been appointed by the joint administrators, John Reid and Brian Milne of Deloitte, to bring the long-established Castle Inns (Stirling) Ltd leisure portfolio to the market.
Gary Louttit, the partner in charge of the leisure department of Graham + Sibbald, commented that this was a rare opportunity to purchase a portfolio of high-quality bars and nightclubs, all of which are established businesses with very impressive trading patterns, many over a long number of years.
The portfolio includes the City Nightclub & Sportsters Bar brands in Falkirk, Perth and Edinburgh, along with the famous Fubar Nightclub in Stirling, Sportsters Bar in Stirling and Cheers Nightclub in Dumbarton.
The businesses are being made available for purchase either individually, in lots, or as a single portfolio.
Gary Louttit further commented that discussions are already at an advanced stage with a number of major operators and it is therefore anticipated that disposals will be effected within a very short timescale.
