A SCOTS hairdresser has launched what is believed to be the first hair app in the country, for iPhone and iPad users.
Dian Ward – who founded her own chain of hairdressing salons nine years ago in West Edinburgh – said: “Our app has many features – including exclusive latest offers – information and prices on all of our services from luxurious spa treatments, to the latest hair treatments, including the Brazilian.
“It interacts with all our other social media sites at Facebook, Twitter and YouTube as well as linking to the many charities we support,” continues Dian.

Two years ago, she opened her ‘Secret Salon’, where clients can enjoy a consultation in private about wearing a wig and looking their best while undergoing treatments for cancer and other conditions which involve hair loss.

As the Secret Salon is private, it can also be hired for pamper days such as mother and daughter days, hen parties or a girls’ day out.
