MODA in Pelle has agreed a deal to bring its latest Scottish store to Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries shopping centre.
The boutique brand that offers ladies sandals, shoes and fashion accessories, is the latest in a series of fashion retailers to recently announce moves to Buchanan Galleries, including Jones Bootmaker and Hollister.
Buchanan Galleries is owned by Buchanan Partnership, a joint-venture between Land Securities and Henderson Global Investors.
On behalf of Buchanan Partnership, Chris Pyne said: “Moda in Pelle is an established brand within the UK, their arrival will complement the diverse fashion offering at Buchanan Galleries.”
The company was established in the 1970s, opening its first store in Leeds, and currently has more than 30 branches throughout the UK.
Dundas & Wilson acted on behalf of Buchanan Partnership, whilst Brodies LLP acted on behalf of Moda in Pelle, with Culverwell acting as joint agents.
Moda in Pelle has taken a ten-year lease on a 734 sq ft unit.
