Launch of Green Chilli
YOU are invited to the press launch of Green Chilli, Harlequin Restaurants’ new restaurant featuring Indian pot-style cooking inspired by the working mothers and aunties of India and featuring recipes overseen by his mum at 1293 Argyle Street, G3 8TL in Glasgow’s West End at 5pm on Wednesday 1 December.
Green Chilli’s pot-style cooking offers diners the kinds of dishes they might expect if they were invited to an Indian family’s house for dinner.
Green Chilli’s menu features dishes inspired by Harlequin CEO, Sanjay Majhu’s mum and aunts, who have banished him from the restaurant’s kitchen while they prepare the dishes they’ve prepared for several generations of their families at home.
Both Sanjay and his mum will be available for interview on the day.
