LEADING lettings portal, Citylets, has announced a major expansion of its quarterly reports that will provide the country’s most in-depth analysis of the rental market.
For the first time, Citylets will include rental statistics from outwith Scotland’s three biggest cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen – giving a comprehensive overview of the country’s lettings sector.
The updated Citylets Quarterly Data Reports will now incorporate rental data from Fife, Paisley, Dundee, the Lothians, Greenock, Ayr and Kilmarnock.
Thomas Ashdown, the entrepreneur who set up Citylets from his kitchen table in 2000, said that the new reports would help provide the clearest-ever overview of Scotland’s rental sector.
