ECOMMERCE company, NSDesign, will be encouraging professional parents back into part-time employment through its partnership with specialist recruitment agency, Balance Resourcing.
The Hillington-based web design business, which was awarded Recommended Agency Register (RAR) status earlier this year, was commissioned by the nascent recruitment company to create its corporate branding, and to design its new, information-driven website – www.balanceresourcing.com.
Balance Resourcing is a new, Glasgow-based employment agency which aims to match professional parents with businesses looking for part time employees.
Says a spokesperson: “It seeks to get individuals with family commitments back into the cycle of paid employment by working in partnership with local employers to identify their recruitment requirements.”
