DO you want to get fit this summer but aren’t sure you can go the distance?
No problem! Come and join The Epilepsy Scotland running team.
The training is free and after it we guarantee you can complete The Great Scottish Run with ease!

You’ll transform from a tortoise to a hare in no time!
Sessions take place every Tuesday at 8pm in parks in and around Glasgow. Week one starts 15 June in Bellahouston Park, in the Southside of Glasgow. You don’t need the latest gear, just a good pair of running shoes.
