STEVEN Raeburn, editor of The Firm legal magazine, has led a management buyout to purchase the publication from The Carnyx Group.
Mr Raeburn has now formed a new business, Red Cloud Publishing, to publish The Firm magazine, its website www.thefirmmagazine.co.uk and produce the Trainee Handbook.
He said: “These are fascinating times for the Scottish legal profession with such issues as the Tesco Law controversy and the future role of the Law Society very much on the agenda. There has never been more need for an independent law magazine such as The Firm to provide object analysis of these areas.”
