PR-led communications specialist, Smarts, has announced the appointment of Kate Hayward and Lindsay Chittick to the positions of account director and PR assistant, respectively.
Kate joins Smarts’ Edinburgh office from Weber Shandwick and brings a wealth of experience across a range of sectors including property, technology, retail and charity.
With a strong track record of strategic planning and digital communications, Kate’s appointment reinforces Smarts digital credentials. She will also be actively involved in both business development and client handling.
Former reporter, Lindsay Chittick, has joined the Glasgow office after working on local newspaper, The Extra, since early 2008.
Lindsay graduated with a degree in English from Strathclyde University and has experience of writing editorial, advertorial and features. She will be working across a range of accounts covering sectors including property and regeneration.
