AS Christmas approaches and we head toward the final stages of digital switchover, Saga has launched a new impartial sales advisory service at Saga.co.uk to help its customers choose the best digital TV deal to suit both their needs and their pockets.
Created in partnership with Ofcom-accredited Simplifydigital, the new service, called ‘Saga Digital Savings’, will offer Saga customers a free ‘consultation’ with qualified digital experts who will answer all their questions about digital TV, find out about their TV needs and identify the digital TV package most suited to them, and at the cheapest price.
The experts are also on hand to ensure that the installation is managed smoothly to avoid stress or fuss. There will also be exclusive digital TV cashback deals for Saga customers to enjoy.
The new Saga service uses Simplifydigital’s unique ‘deal engine’, to find the best deal that is available at the customer’s precise location. This includes the pick of the high definition TV packages; personal video recorders (PVRs), premium sports and movies, as well as the basic digital TV services. The service is fully-accredited by the UK regulator, Ofcom, to ensure that the advice given is accurate, comprehensive and impartial.
