LEADERS of Highlands and Islands businesses are being offered the chance to sharpen their own skills and boost their companies’ success, with the help of a world-renowned American business school.
Highlands and Islands Enterprise, through its tie up with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, is running a two day workshop which will assist CEOs and top executives to better design their organisations, refine their leadership skills and style, and form and mature their management teams to compete in a global market.
“Designing, Leading & Building a World Class Management Team” is being led by trail-blazing entrepreneurial experts, Ken Morse and Laura Barker Morse, on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th November 2009 at The Drumossie Hotel, Inverness.
