RISE Group, the fast-growing recruitment company exclusively dedicated to Scotland, is hiring four graduate trainee recruitment consultants for its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.
Rise, whose divisions cover contact centre, hospitality and catering, accountancy and legal recruitment has grown steadily, both organically and by acquisition, since inception in 2003.
The graduate trainees will work within the Rise Professions division of the business which includes the business formerly known as Hammond Resources.
The successful candidates will work in a client-facing role where they will be expected to generate their own sales leads with the support of colleagues and will also undergo a training programme designed to equip them with all the business skills required for a successful career in the recruitment industry.

Recruitment of the quartet goes against the current trends in the recruitment industry, which is still struggling to overcome the downturn of the past year.

Rise is also assessing further acquisition opportunities to continue its growth.
