EDINBURGH-based PR agency, Tartan Silk, has announced the appointment of Lee Simpson as a senior account executive.
The former journalist brings to the table 13 years of experience in both print journalism and agency PR.
Former clients include Scottish Enterprise Tayside, Scottish Prison Service, Scottish & Newcastle (S&NUK), Caesar & Howie, The Beluga Club online dating site, Smart Cartridge and The Samaritans.
With Tartan Silk, she will head accounts for Telehealth Solutions, which improves patient care with groundbreaking telehealth technology; Common Thread, an organisation that offers help and support to young people in crisis and Kinloch Lodge, the luxury hotel in Skye belonging to Lady Claire Macdonald.
Lee will also be working on a variety of high profile projects, including the promotion of the forthcoming Scots Guard Colonel’s Fund Dinner for the American-Scottish Foundation.
