IT’S all smiles in the Hamilton office of residential letting and property management company, Happy Lets.
That’s because the firm is already reaping the rewards from relocating four doors down the same town centre street into bigger, better and brighter premises, having seen a marked rise in footfall since the move.
Following the recent rebranding of the firm from The Letting Store to Happy Lets, and a move from number 68 to number 56 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, the firm’s staff has reported a marked upswing in activity.
Lesley Barclay, Happy Lets office manager in Hamilton, said: “We might only have moved four doors down the same street – but it’s made a world of difference and yielded an immediate uptake in business. Our previous premises were cramped and starting to look a little tired, but we’re now in a much more prominent spot and – given our bright magenta pink exterior – no-one can pass by without noticing us!
“Our new office is much bigger than our old one and the whole interior has been upgraded and revamped to make it fresh and funky looking. Not only does that make for a lovely working environment, but it also makes it welcoming for tenants and landlords to come in to discuss their property requirements. We now occupy the best office in Hamilton!”
From its Hamilton office, Happy Lets serves the whole of north and south Lanarkshire, from East Kilbride, Cambuslang, Wishaw to Crawfordjohn. As well as being the first port-of-call for Motherwell College seeking accommodation for international students, Happy Lets is the only letting agency in Hamilton willing to consider DSS tenants where landlords indicate they are happy for it to do so.
