METEOROLOGISTS might be confused, but all the signs predict that Glasgow is set to experience the hottest night of the decade on Thursday 2nd October 2008.
The reason temperatures are set to soar on that precise date is not due to global warming, but because the Glasgow Hilton will host the tenth Hottest Night of the Year, the annual celebration of all that’s best in the worlds of showbiz, sport, politics and business.
Conceived and hosted by ‘Curry King’, Charan Gill MBE, to raise funds for charity, this year the glittering annual fundraiser will be the biggest and best yet as it celebrates a decade of raising money for a diverse range of worthy causes.
