FRONTLINE NHS staff will soon be able to develop skills to help them be efficient
managers thanks to a new postgraduate level training course.
Last year NHS Education for Scotland (NES) was asked by the Scottish Executive to
commission a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Management. The course will
be made available to NHS staff, who are new, or aspiring to be, managers within
their areas of work.
