THE Deputy President of the Republic of South Africa, Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, will today address an international education conference in Edinburgh.
Ms Mlambo-Ngcuka will address the British Council’s Going Global2 conference on the latest developments in South African education and will join a panel discussion with Jonathan Dimbleby discussing in what ways education has become a new global enterprise.
Going Global2 will see leading education professionals, academics and policy makers from around the world gather in Edinburgh to thrash out the challenges facing the future of international higher education in the 21st century.
