3×1 Public Relations, Scottish PR Consultancy Team of the Year, is on the look-out for talented new recruits, following a number of recent high-profile client wins to its Glasgow-based team which should represent further growth of around 25 per cent for the consultancy in 2007.
The agency, led by Julie McGarvey and Cameron Grant, has recently added clients including Baxters Food Group (consumer, trade and corporate), BDO Stoy Hayward, McGrigors LLP and Mactaggart & Mickel (corporate and public affairs).
3×1 has also been appointed by Scottish & Newcastle to represent Strongbow at its Cider House dance arena over the summer festival period and has retained its brief to run the Seafood Week and Fish & Chip Shop of the Year campaign for Seafish.
Commenting, McGarvey said: “On the back of our CIPR award wins, we have added significant new business to 3×1, strengthening our core areas of food and drink and corporate communications. Following this success, we have had to expand to maintain our already high standards and are looking for creative, driven individuals to join our team.”
A recent addition to 3×1 is Ross Nisbet, an account executive formerly of The BIG Partnership.
3×1 has also become the only Scottish agency to be nominated in the prestigious national CIPR Excellence awards. The agency’s ‘Culture of Winning’ campaign for The Scottish Institute of Sport Foundation has been shortlisted in the not-for profit category of the awards, which will be held in London on 3 July.
