ROSS & Liddell, the property services specialist, has appointed Nic Mayall as senior manager in its burgeoning Edinburgh office.
Business in the capital has grown significantly and over the last three years and Ross & Liddell has grown staff numbers in Edinburgh from five to 12, while residential units under management have leapt from 4,000 to 7,500.
Mr Mayall has an established pedigree in the property industry and has been an integral part of the Edinburgh operation for the last two years. Before joining Ross & Liddell, he held positions with Team Relocations and an estate agency in Perth.
Mr Mayall said: “Edinburgh has a wonderfully vibrant property market and we have made ourselves a central part of that over recent years. We plan to expand our residential operation in the months and years ahead and I am looking forward to playing my part in that.”
Ross & Liddell’s Edinburgh business is centred on residential property and particularly in the flatted and more modern sectors. However a move into the east coast’s commercial sector is being planned for the near future.
John Brolly, director of property management at Ross & Liddell, said: “Nic has made a great contribution to the firm since joining us two years ago and I’m confident he will continue to do extremely well. We have a lot of plans to drive further expansion and Nic and his team will be central to their success.”
Ross & Liddell has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Paisley. It has a multi-million pound annual turnover and employs almost 100 staff across its three locations.
