SHONA Robison, Minister for Public Health, will give the keynote speech at a conference on young carers organised by The Princess Royal Trust for Carers on Tuesday 6 November in Edinburgh.
Ms Robison is expected to speak about the Scottish Government’s policies to improve the choices and opportunities for Scotland’s young carers.
Shona Robison, Minister for Public Health, says: “The Scottish Government recognises the difficulties faced by young carers in Scotland. We are determined to work with our local partners to improve identification of, and support for, this vulnerable group.”
