PROPERTY services company, Ross & Liddell, has appointed Caroline Clark as head of residential lettings with the aim of increasing their residential lettings portfolio and further developing the range of services provided to clients across the country.
Caroline, who had previously spent four years with Countrywide Residential Lettings, assumes overall responsibility for every aspect of Ross & Liddell’s residential lettings department.
Caroline said: “My new role has incredible potential and offers the wonderful opportunity to build the business in a flexible environment. I am looking forward to developing the residential lettings department significantly in the coming years.”
Jack Fulton, business development director at Ross & Liddell, said: “I am delighted to welcome Caroline to the company. Her experience is perfect and I know she will play a big part in the progression of our residential lettings service.”
Ross & Liddell has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Paisley and one opening in Dundee in November. The firm has a multi-million pound annual turnover and employs almost 100 staff.
