RENOWNED hotelier, Debbie Taylor, has taken on the role of chair of the British Hospitality Association (BHA) Scotland Committee, which represents Scotland’s hotel, catering and leisure industry.
Debbie, who is the managing director at The Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa in St Andrews, takes over the Scottish Committee from Gavin Ellis, proprietor of the Knockomie Hotel in Forres.
