PROFESSIONAL recruitment business, Rise Executive, is significantly expanding its operations and further strengthening its team.
Backed by Murray Capital, the private equity division of Murray International Holdings, Rise Executive is in an excellent position to scale its head-count and expand its foot-print, and will be hiring quality recruitment professionals infinitely in the coming months.

Director of Rise Executive, Tony Hamilton, will be growing and developing this division which he created last year.
He reveals the kind of people they are looking for.
“Ideally, we’re looking for successful recruiters at all levels; people with at least a couple of years experience, have been working for a recognised competitor and been placing people in middle to senior level appointments over a number of industry sectors. It’s really a case of the right person with the right attitude and if they want to develop a successful recruitment business, we will encourage and support them to do so.
“We’re also interested in opportunities to acquire successful recruitment teams or companies who share similar values and offer business synergy.”
A key area for Rise Executive in particular at present is the oil and gas and pharmaceuticals and life sciences industries. The team already expanded in early 2008, with the appointment of consultants focusing specifically on these sectors to complement existing capabilities in sales and marketing, IT, HR, finance departments, as well as specialist appointments.
Tony explained: “We’re looking for people across the board within these sectors. In recruitment, there are two key aspects: those in the departments that make up the typical business infrastructure, such as sales and marketing, HR, IT, finance, etc, then the specialist positions within each industry – those that are researching and developing the business.”
