THE fast-growing, dynamic business services company, Rise Group, has this month appointed, as director, one of Scotland’s leading professionals in the world of high-volume contact centre recruitment.
Suzanne Paterson, who has more than ten years experience in the sector, will head up Rise’s contact centre recruitment business and is set to play a key role in driving further growth.
She has previously worked with well-respected companies in this dynamic arena. Suzanne began her career in the sector in 1997, progressing rapidly, and was most recently branch manager for Pertemps’ entire Glasgow office, responsible for bilingual, contact centre, contracts, office personnel and several other important areas of endeavour.
Her previous clients include high profile blue chip companies in the worlds of financial services, utilities and media.
Welcoming her appointment, group managing director, Gregor Campbell, said: “Suzanne’s arrival is entirely in line with the pace and pattern of recent development at the group, where we’ve been successful in building an enviable reputation as a robust and agile company which still manages to deal with each recruitment opportunity in a professional, yet personal way. Her ability and expertise will add a new dimension to our performance, adding further value to what we have to offer at Rise.”
Commenting on her appointment, Suzanne Paterson said: “It is a particularly exciting time to be joining Rise, a leader in its markets, and of course I am really looking forward to the task of accelerating the already impressive pace of growth within its contact centre recruitment business. Rise’s proven skill in building customer profiles and understanding their business needs is winning it increased respect in an intensely competitive environment, and making the most of the potential which this offers is a challenge I certainly relish.”
Rise has seen unrivalled growth since it launched five years ago, and is on target to improve on that performance in the coming months and years, having invested in the culture, people and technology needed to provide the platform for sustainable success.
Despite recent acquisitions, Rise is still on the lookout for further acquisitions which will fit the group profile. Gregor Campbell said: “We’re actively considering other deals should they complement our group. We’ve further developed our Executive Recruitment and Retention Consulting divisions and have recently launched a Payroll services division.”
“Furthermore, we are continuing to hire expert recruitment consultants across all disciplines.”
