GEORGE Watson’s College is to host its first Caritas Lecture, open to the public on Tuesday 16 September at 7.30pm in the Assembly Hall.
The speaker will be Dr Harry Burns, Chief Medical Officer for Scotland, who has a fascinating and important message to tell about the causes of the current state of Scotland’s health, in his lecture entitled – ‘Biology of Poverty’.
