SCOTTISH commercial property company, FG Burnett, has appointed Michelle Stevens as property manager following the recent retirement of Doug Marnoch.
With an extensive track record in property management in the UK and South Africa, Michelle joins from Aberdeen solicitors, Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace, where she was leasing manager.
Michelle will oversee FG Burnett’s expanding portfolio of commercial and residential properties which are managed on behalf of landlords and proprietors.
FG Burnett director and head of property management, Christopher Yannaghas, said: “Our property management division is expanding and Michelle brings with her the right blend of experience and industry knowledge which will benefit our clients.
“She has a strong background in property leasing and management and will prove to be an excellent fit with our existing team as we look to grow this part of our business.”
