Located beside Marks Hotel in Bath Street, the restaurant is just one of a handful in the country to offer diners the opportunity to enjoy these exquisite-looking and thoroughly drinkable teas.
Available in a range of flavours, including Summer Love (green tea carnation with sweet-scented osmanthu) and Flying Snow (green tea calendula coconut fruit fibre), the Floral Teas are served in specially made glasses, and are priced from just £1.85.
How it’s done:
Floral teas are hand-tied individual tea (Green tea) leaves with selected dried aromatic flowers forming a tea ball/heart, which reveals its secret centre when placed in boiling water, blooming into an artistic and captivating flower display with an enriching taste.
