SCOTLAND’S leading PR agency, The BIG Partnership, has been named in the top 25 of Scotland’s Best Workplaces for 2011.
The consultancy, the largest PR agency outside of London*, was awarded the accolade last night (Thursday, 31st March) at the awards ceremony in Glasgow.
The inaugural Scotland’s Best Workplaces Awards was created by the Great Place to Work Institute and organised by The Herald newspaper, along with Skills Development Scotland and Scottish Council for Development and Industry.
Neil Gibson, director of The BIG Partnership, said: “The judging process for Best Workplaces is based largely on feedback from staff questionnaires which is a further boost as it shows our staff enjoy working here and appreciate what we do.
“In our 11th year, we continue to strive for a results-focused culture that motivates and rewards our staff in a stimulating environment.”
The BIG Partnership employs more than 90 people and has offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Fife.
