SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors has signed the lease on a first floor office at 2 Whitefriars Crescent in Perth as it relocates from its town centre office at 5 St John Street to a business park on the edge of the town.
Jonathan Reid, partner at Shepherd, said: “Having been based in the centre of the town for over 20 years, we felt that the time was now right to move to more modern and efficient open plan premises.
“Our new location enables us to work more effectively and efficiently from the edge of the town centre and benefits from the ready availability of parking spaces.”
