BRIDON International Ltd, a leading specialist in the manufacture of wire and fibre rope solutions for demanding applications, today (20/10/10) announces the appointment of new services division manager, Gordon Kells.
Gordon, who has over 30 years of honed industry experience, most recently as the specialist services manager for Balfour Beatty, will be based at Bridon’s Doncaster Services Division.
He will primarily be responsible for overseeing a team of highly skilled engineers and technicians as they undertake national and international rope repair, inspection and maintenance work.

Bridon’s services division, which was originally established in the sixties to service the mining industry, was expanded in the mid-eighties, along with the rise in offshore oil exploration and production.
