LADY Drawers, the southside of Glasgow showcase for the products of local arts and crafts makers, is to extend its opening hours to 8.30pm every Thursday in response to customer demand.
The late-night opening of the outlet, which also stocks a collection of quality clothes, accessories, jewellery and bags, means that shoppers, unable to access the shop throughout the working day, can now do so after working hours in the early evening.
Lady Drawers partner, Sally Millar, said: “Several customers have commented recently that they would welcome an opportunity to be able to browse for various gifts and clothing items at a time outwith normal working hours and outwith weekends, which are often crammed full of various family commitments and activities.
“The introduction of our new, late-night Thursdays means that our customers can browse for gifts and treats at their leisure without having to try to find the time to squeeze in a shopping trip to their hectic work and weekend schedules.”
Amongst Lady Drawers’ new autumn range are: a selection from the eco-friendly clothing range, Skunk Funk; new Martha Cooper Skin Botanicals moisturiser; accessories from in-house designer, Jade Carrera; and jewellery from silversmith, Fiona Fleming.
Lady Drawers offers a constantly evolving range of clothes suitable for any occasion at affordable prices unavailable elsewhere in Glasgow and is based at 66 Nithsdale Road, Glasgow www.ladydrawers.co.uk.
