SCOTTISH commercial property experts, FG Burnett, has announced Christopher Yannaghas has been promoted to director.
Mr Yannaghas was appointed head of FG Burnett’s Property Management department shortly after joining the company in 2004 and became an associate two years later.
FG Burnett managing director, Angus MacCuish, said: “Christopher has made huge progress in expanding our property management service and we are looking forward to having him on the board to help shape the future direction of the business.
“Property management is an important element of the service we provide to a growing number of clients and Christopher has our full backing to develop this offering for the benefit of both them and the company.”
Mr Yannaghas said: “We have more than 100 commercial and residential properties under management and I am looking to extend that portfolio in the coming months.
“I am delighted to join the board and appreciate the support I have had in building up the property management portfolio. Working closely with other departments I will further develop the property management department as a fulcrum for other property related issues, including building consultancy, rent review and rating.”
