Journalist-turned-best-selling-author, Carmen Reid, has written 12 novels and sold close to one million copies in ten countries.
Born in Montrose and now living in Glasgow, Scotland, Carmen Reid spent several years working as a new journalist in London.
Knowing deep down that she was supposed to be an author not a journalist, she left her day job to have a baby and write her first novel.
And just four sleepless, penniless years later, Three in a Bed was published and was in the top ten list of debut novels on publication.
